Hi, I'm Evan, a Brittany Spaniel mix, and I'm looking for a family to adopt me and care for me and teach me and love me forever. I've got a big heart and I worry about my future. I'm living in the shelter now and I want to have a family again, a kind family, a patient family. I really miss living in a quiet home where I feel safe. I am a shy furchild, sensitive, they tell me. I don't like loud sudden noises or booming voices. I need to learn confidence. I need to learn a few simple commands like "sit" and "down" and "stay" and then I need to repeat them over and over again so I become more sure of myself and my ability to do the right thing. All I want to do is please you and hear you tell your friends that I am a good boy. Will you take me for walks? Will you bring me to the pet store so I can pick out a new toy? Will you lay with me in the grass under the stars sometimes, so we can hear the night noises? We will be so happy. I can't wait. I can't wait!!!
